“Shocking customer service and they don't allow any...”

Shocking customer service and they don't allow any leeway with policy's if you miss a payment you pay it when you can even if it's a double payment but with this company you can't it's all or nothing! I will NEVER be using again! I have only been with them a few months and cancelling this week!
Asking for a year up front after you missed 1 direct debt payment disgusting! No leeway just money grabbing and rude company . All I wanted to i was get my policy up to date and carry on but no!
They also told me my claims I put on my policy were wrong and just sent ME a email saying what they were doing no communication I know what's happened to me and they are rude!
