Blanket box ordered 10/12/14.
Account debited 10/12/14.
Delivery promised before Christmas.
No confirmation & no delivery.
Chased them up to be told there was a delay and delivery would be in 1st week of 2015.
Had been problems with server sending confirmation. Promised to send one.
Still no confirmation sent. No other firm has had problems sending such emails in the past.
No delivery in 1st week so chased again to be told item not available for another 4 weeks (still advertised as available on website).
Offered alternative, accepted, delivered quickly BUT damaged - flimsy packaging. Returned and replacement sent - even more damage on this one.
Returned and requested refund......
Still waiting - have been told the person doing the refunds only works on Friday and something was not right about the processing.
The person I spoke to recently intimated that I was making an unnecessary fuss as they had already told the matter was being dealt with.
Used that especially irritating technique of saying OK? after completely failing to address the key customer issues but simply giving vague excuse based on their systems.
