“Shambolic”

This is the first time I've ever had such appalling customer service that I've written a review to vent about it and warn others not to sign up for it. Since attempting to purchase a broadband contract with Talk Talk I've had 2 failed 'go live dates', 1 engineer appointment cancelled, another turn up but not activate the line, incorrect correspondence from TalkTalk, both via email and over the phone, and failure to reply to my email and request for call back. Then they cancelled my order. So, 6 weeks of waiting for broadband and and I'm back to square one.

I've just spent 40 minutes on the phone talking to 4 different people and having to reorder over the phone and wait for a third engineer to come out even though I've told them the engineer has been out and done the work he needed to do at my house. No, the system says they can only process my order by booking another engineer appointment. WHAT!?! Oh, and to add insult to injury there may be another router winging it's way to me that I'll have to return as the System does this automatically. And I'm now having to wait until the 11th February for the engineer for the third time and more time off work because they give you a 5 hour time range... This is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with due to Systems, procedures and a lack of communication between them, Bt and their customer. I doubt I'll have any internet on the 11th either as no doubt something else will go wrong and I'll be back on the phone to more apologetic people who can't help me due to the 'system''.
Avoid at all costs.
