I am very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of communication. I have never been received such horrible customer service, being completely consumer ignorance. Along with that lack of communication, I was never informed for why my items were never delivered. We were specifically told that we would receive our items on the 9th of December but we did not. Next delivery was arranged at 29th of December and gain not delivered and I was not informed for why my items were never delivered again. Only on 16th of January delivery was successful. We wasted a three days at home (9th, 29th, 16th) we lost salary for that days to get a two items only. I am very patient but it looks like a mockery of the customer.
Furniture was packed very bad – a lot of scratching and thrash.
