Ordered goods that were in stock, 7 days later still awaiting delivery, everytime we ask just keep being told it will be another 5 days, terrible customer service, the girl in the office talks like a total robot, no emotion, no apology just repeats...the order can take up to 5 working days, well its already been 7 days and shes still saying the same!! Would never order from them again, didnt even want to give them one star, they dont deserve that. Probably going to cancel the order and go elsewhere.
