“The worst experience Ever ”

Simply I felt humiliated and denied to any kind of support apart from £280 per month, all were challenges and careless attitude towards me, in fact I left the branch two times crying !!!!
I was under big pressure without food and heat and still had to listen them treating me like garbage, just because I lost my job!!!!
Will never ask them for any help ever again in future if that's the case!!!!hope never
