“Pleasure doing business”

We are talking here about the design phase only as the kitchen is still to be fitted, but dealing with Marcia is an example of what good service is all about. She listens to what we want, she delivers what she says she is going to do and on time, she communicates well, she advises and suggests ideas, she puts up with indecisive people who change their minds namely us, and additionally she is a very nice person with a good sense of humour. The right blend of business like, efficient, and friendly is hard to achieve but Marcia has cracked it!

If optiplan can continue to deliver to Marcis's standards, we will be well pleased. We will update with phase 2 feedback when kitchen installed,
