General Comments
We bought an expensive item at John Lewis. I had found out that it was cheaper (considerably) at another store, and so I let them know. They are refunding part of the price difference, but not the full amount. This is because John Lewis do not allow you to collect large items from their store - you have to have them delivered. The other store allow you to pick the item up from the store for free. But since John Lewis do not allow this option, they are charging us for what the other store would have charged if we had decided to pay to have it delivered. Even though we could have collected it ourselves for free.
