“Ask for help after been made redundant.”

I was mad redundant at Christmas, you phone them up to ask for a payment plan.
I only owed £90 and 1 day passed my repayments date.

I was told i was lying about my situation and had to show proof, when I asked to speak to a manager, i was told " I could not".

I had to phone them 4 time before I got to speak to a manager, but she was very helpful, but they are still charging me intresst on my loan, when they should freez any interest.

Back at work now, and will not use them again.
