“Defective wheelchair Gel Cushion”

Item came in time as expected. Unfortunately I only used it for a very few days and the gel cushion is already getting worn. It has become uneven and no longer feels comfortable. Too bad because the rest of the material (casing)looks and it feels strong. They probably sent me a defective item.
