We had a set of Prestige saucepans as a wedding present 20 years ago. Unfortunately one of the copper plates off the bottom of one of the pans had come away. Apparently the pans have a "life times guarantee", but I am unable to find any contact details for Prestige so the matter can be resolved! Apart from that the pans are great.
