“Good quality and great service”

We had already visited the Sofaworks website and selected the sofa we wanted before we visited the Blackpool store. The store was well set out and the staff courteous and friendly. It was a refreshing change to be allowed to browse without being hassled - we so hate to be pounced upon by pushy salesfolk!
A staff member was most helpful, explaining the various options for our chosed sofa and the payment options. She also covered the advantages of Sofashield furniture protection and the leather care kit, both of which we were happy to purchase. She then gave us time to discuss our purchase and confirm we were happy to go ahead and she makes a good cup of coffee!
We were sorry to hear that the Blackpool store is to close but would recommend a visit to Sofaworks Preston, assuming the staff there are as customer focussed.
