We have used 121 car hire on numerous occasion and always found them to be extremely helpful. The vehicles are always excellent and the staff vey helpful.

The service has improved as they are now based within the airport so avoiding having to travel to a pick-up and drop-off location by bus.

The only criticism would be that the valentine of the vehicles is obvious carried out by untrained staff - the windows are often not thoroughly cleaned and the interior dashboard on one particular vehicles had obvious only been given a cursory wipe over as it looked greasy.
