Non receipt of goods, no answer to my subsequent e-mails.
General Comments
Their carrier did not call at my house (two people at home) at the time they claim the parcel was "left as instructed", i.e. with my neighbour, who was not at home and has not taken any parcel in on my behalf.
Several e-mails to their sales address have led to zero response back to me.
