Good Points
The quality of the furniture is very good.
Easy to order.
Bad Points
Their delivery people damaged the walls in my brand new house, and they are ignoring the complaint. Despite having chased it up on numerous occasions.
General Comments
I would never use John Lewis again. Even when I email the customer service manager, they don't contact me.
Below is the response I had back from them...
"Please be advised that I have forwarded the pictures attached to our couriers D2H. They will be in contact in due course to discuss the matter further. I can only apologise for all the problems you have encountered."
