First time I used them was for two heavy expensive speakers using the city link next day service. They needed delivering next day. Waited in all day, no collection by 6.00pm. Then realised there is no phone help line, filled a few online contact forms in, which were only responded to the next day requesting irrelevant info and stating incorrect details. City link were great and explained Parcel Monkey had only passed on my collection postcode to their system, they had tried to get the complete address but had failed. I ended up having to drive them down to a City Link depot myself.
Second time I arranged for an item to be collected from an address and then delivered to my home address. Parcel doesn't arrive, my shipment isn't listed in the Parcel Monkey dashboard help system. A call to the couriers reveals Parcel Monkey haven't booked a delivery, a collection only! Which means my parcel is stuck in a warehouse until these eejits can find my shipment details and contact the courier.
