Stayed at the Hotel Tisalaya Maspalomas, sofa was broken so reception came and propt it up with a mop and a brush but when I said I would take phone for Trip Advisor she soon took it down and reluctantly offerd somwere else not a good start , more cats than guest ,would never stay again . Sunshine Holidays don't know about there holidays untill people speak out and I'm very sure they would not put their good reputation against this Hotel.
