“Poor customer support!”

Not impressed at all!! After a quick application which made out it would be quick and efficient, a letter would be sent out the next day and as soon as I returned the letter signed the money would go in. Heard nothing for a week, no emails, no telephone call no letter. I rang up a week after I applied and although it had been accepted online I was told I had been declined. The problem was not letting me know. I had waited and no contact had been made, no customer reference number. Contact should be made immediately if the loan is declined. Will not be using or recommending.
