“Great customer service”

I made a booking on-line last night which was very easy to do and thrilled with the price and choice available too- especially the different flights available.
I had to contact customer service this morning as I'd forgotten to add baggage on my flights with Ryanair at the time of making the booking which was my mistake!
I didn't have to wait long to get through on the phone at all and the sales agent couldn't have been more helpful explaining exactly what I needed to do!!Extremely friendly and helpful.
Perhaps if there had been a prompt just before I booked asking me did I need baggage with the flight then I wouldn't have missed it and that would have been a great help thanks
