“Online Portal is fantastic!”

Yesterday, I was contacting the support team, as my line was not working, found that I had an issue dialing out. Went to my account to get the contact information, and was advised to visit the self service hub that it says as an online portal. Clicked on my issue type that was service failure, and read the steps, followed and figured out that I was connected to a wrong roaming partner as they say, changed the network and managed to place a call. Reduced my time to waste on contacting, managed it myself.
