Good Points
I have shopped here many times, and also over the web, with fast and efficient service.
When I had to get a refund on an internet order, this was processed efficiently by the Reading store.
Bad Points
The information on the web site was incorrect, which resulted in me ordering the wrong item. It was impossible to talk to anyone who was able to make a decision. I was told to e-mail, which I did, but I received no reply. I received an electronic questionnaire which asked if I wanted someone to contact me; I said yes, but no one did.
General Comments
John Lewis is a good shop, but if you are shopping online, check the specifications carefully. Do not expect their call centre to deviate from their script.
