“Charlie and chocolate factory tickets ”

just purchased tickets for musical as a present for my family and realised it should be card holder who picks up tickets. Was really panicking as I am not going. After reading quite a few negative reviews about see tickets thought they wouldn't be able to collect them . Have just spoken to a really nice guy who has sorted the problem. First class service would use them again, many thanks .
