“Still no bed. Dreadful service.”

We selected our bed frame and mattress after an extensive internet search. The promised convenience of select a delivery day appealed to us and the bed was well priced, making it a bit of a bargain. However we have been severely let down and inconvenienced by Bedroomworld and would never shop with them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone I know. We selected a delivery day and waited in for delivery nothing arrived. Having contacted the team we arranged a second delivery date one week later, still nothing. On our third delivery slot two pieces of the bed frame arrived, but no mattress. Four days later at 21.30 we received the final piece of the bed frame, this delivery was nit booked, planned or expected. The fourth delivery day we have arranged is tomorrow, 29 days after I placed my order and paid my money, but we have just received a text telling us there will be no delivery, no reasons for this change of plan and no future delivery date have been given. So I am still waiting for the products that I have paid for and my message to you is DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE. Shop elsewhere, my note to myself, next time go to John Lewis, it's more expensive but you can rely in them.
