I was very happy with the service I received at the Watch Lab in Glasgow. My watch had a new battery and clean within an hour and a half. The staff were friendly without being over the top and knew what they were talking about. My watch certainly looks a lot better now than before. The only downside would be the price of the battery but as it was a Fossil battery I suppose that the price is set by Fossil themselves. The offer of a half-price clean with any battery change is certainly attractive. Overall, the experience was quick and effective and I plan to use Watch Lab for any problems I have in the future.
