UK to Australia - p2go have lost a suitcase returned two boxes - mixed up the labels on all. The tracking stops in a midlands airport but they say they are delivered ! There is no contact number for these people just a web chat - how they are getting away with this i don't know. Have caused so much heartache and pain - don't put yourself through it.
