Went on-line and choose some flowers to be sent via Interflora for an anniversary gift - ordered on Thursday and delivered on Saturday as requested. Sounds all good so far. Wrong. When I saw the flowers that had been delivered I was not happy. I had ordered a rose and lilly bouquet and that is most definitely not what was delivered. What was delivered was in my opinion a very cheap replacement for what should have arrived. Got online and put in a complaint. Waited two days and had no response. Phoned Interflora up and said I wanted my money back, was told that I would be emailed back. At this point I sent them a photo of the flowers that were delivered - nobody could argue that what was received was what was ordered. Ten days after the flowers were delivered was phoned by Interflora and told that I could have my money back if I returned the flowers to be resold - did inform them that actually after ten days they were really not fit for anything but the bin! Was told they would have to phone the florist to see what could be done, only to be called back later to offer me half my money back - will now have to wait to see if that refund actually happens!
