“Within 2 days flowers had wilted - no response to...”

I was sent the flowers by my son and the arrived on Sunday but by Monday already wilting a bit. Mixture of chrysanthemum, that usually are a long lasting flower by Wednesday morning had to throw half away despite following all care instructions. Sent Facebook message and email with pictures but no response.
