“I Love Ryanair”

We have flown with ryanair a many times and never had any problems. We flew with them when you had the mad rush to get a seat together, which we didn't like, but now that seats are allocated it is absolutely brilliant. Booking and printing boarding passes hasn't been any problem and we have used the chat on line service for a problem we had with booking airport assistance, (which was my fault not ryanairs). The person online was very courteous and sorted the assistance out for us and we wouldn't hesitate to use this service again if any problems arose again in the future. Airport assistance was excellent. My husband needed a wheelchair and we got helped through checkin and passport control with ease and later helped on and off the plane at both our destination (Lanzarote) and when we arrived back home (Liverpool). The aircrew on board were all very smart and pleasant and we will definitely be traveling with Ryanair in the future. WELL DONE RYANIAR
