“ABSOLUTE RIP OFF COMPANY”

Signed up with XLN after a lengthy talk with their sales team who assured me their service met my needs as a photographic business. Within days it became apparent that their services not what they promised, it was taking me around 15-20 minutes to upload 6-8 photos and often the connection would break within that time therefore crashing the upload and I'd have to start again (not good when I have to upload 100's at a time). Using the internet was like going back to the old dial up it was that slow. I made repeated calls to customer service and the broadband technical help team and was fobbed off each time by being told it needed a few weeks to 'bed in'. After a few weeks it was still no better and my bills were far higher than I'd been quoted, due to the repeated calls I'd had to make trying to sort out the issues. I explained that I was not getting the call back I was promised and was told each time, we have no record that you've called in... but you're charging me for these calls ??

I was promised numerous call backs that I never received until I eventually refused to pay any further money until they sorted the issues out... 3 months down the line and at least 10 unkept call back promises they have basically admitted that they can't offer me the service they promised and I'm best to find another provider but they still want paying ?? They have completely refused to compensate me in any way, not even for the extortionate rates I've been charge for having to keep calling them. They haven't offered any form of apology so I'm now not only out of pocket because I've had to pay 7 months for broadband that was slower than the 3G on my phone, I'm now going to be left without internet or phone line in my new business whilst I find another supplier.
