I love Le Creuset pans and if they were any cheaper i would buy in bulk, but i can only afford 1 or 2 at the time. I bought 2 sizes of the deep frying toughened non stick pans with lid and a griddle. They are extremely heavy because the bottom is thick. Food does not stick, even if you cook with very little fat. I even use them to cook risotto and it never got burned at the bottom. I find them easy to clean and also go in the oven. I haven't had any problems in around a year.
