“Fast, efficient service”

The process of recycling my phone was made very clear. It was explained that i could have cash put directly into my account or use it against the value of my new phone. In actual fact i got to do both because after upgrading there was still £15 left over which was returned to me. The member of staff also offered the option of using that £15 to buy a new case for my phone but I decided against this. Staff were informative and helpful at all times.

I have already recommended this service to a number of friends / colleagues.

Keep up the good work O2!
