Bad Points
Weight, but thats cast iron for you. Lighter than jamie oliver cast iron.

General Comments
Le Creuset Cookware has a lifetime guarantee, distributes the heat evenly like it says. Customer service excellent, quick queue unlike others you wait ages. If you don't look after the pan and read the instructions of course faults will appear. You can be a user for 20+ years but still wont know how to look after it. High heats are only used for boiling. Start off the pan on a high heat but use liquid so it doesnt heat dry. Turn the heat down straight away when adding food and you find the pan is a gem. I love the stuff. I look after it so well. Thumbs up to a product of all ages.
