“Worst airline ever”

Do not fly American. Customer service is a joke. Last two flights with American and connecting flights with American Eagle were the worst travel experiences I have ever had. They cannot keep their planes flying. Took 4 hours to get out of Little Rock to DFW. Missed two connecting flights. Got out on the last flight to Milwaukee at 8pm. Total time for my trip was 14 hours almost 11 hours sitting in airports. No offer for any kind of compensation for the delays. I will only fly American or American Eagle as a last resort.
