“A total joke of a company”

Purchased a number plate, heard nothing and subsequently got told that someone else had bought it. This has happened twice with this company now. I presume that if you spot a good plate at a good price they tip off their mates to buy the plate and then make a profit from it. Hung up on me too when I rang to complain and have not refunded my money. Steer well clear of this joke of a company.
