Parcel did not arrive at allotted time, so I emailed them, then phoned them and after waiting for 10 mins someone picked up the phone and put it straight down again, this happened 3 times! Eventually spoke to someone who said they would phone the driver and call me back. No call back. Phoned again and text, no reply. Parcel left outside my door 3 and a half hours later. It was 83kg and I could hardly move it. Worst service I have had for a very long time. Do not choose to use this lot.
