I ordered Christmas Deluxe Hamper which supposed to be delivered on 24th December 2014. As I didn't receive any email with the conformation and the money was taken from my account I tried to call them but unsuccessfully.
I didn't receive the hamper on time (that supposed to be a Christmas gift for my family), no one was answering a calls, I sent number of emails asking for a money back I also didn't need the hamper anymore so I indicated in the email to not bothered with the delivery anymore as all I wanted was money back. I also called my bank to report the issue.
Hamper was deliver on New Years Eve (WOW!) I refused the delivery (didn't need it anymore) also the box looked in a really bad stage, all smashed from outside I could only imagine what was inside! I sent them email again informing that I refused the delivery and want my money back. Finally on 09th January I received the email with apology for late respond stating "due to the festive season we have had minimal staff". What a joke! A week after the email I got my money back!
Seriously a bunch of jokers!
