Having complained of blurred vision in my new glasses ,I gave them a few weeks went back they booked me a new eye test .
Turns out the prescription was blurred . A manager then rang me from store telling me they were changing prescription because I preferred my old one , so I must have found a way of faking an eye test how clever am I . Initially when I picked up £559 worth of 2 pairs of glasses I wasn't given the option to try them on I had to ask , they were I'll fitting girl then brought them back . In a bag & said any more problems bring them back in not "try these now sir " I did surprise suprise she hadn't done anything with them . We had to get another member of staff before they were adjusted properly.
In this particular boots they think it's fun to serve 3 customers at once so no wonder you end up with the wrong prescription
& apparently they have 2 members of staff to check your measurements because their so thorough or in competent
Hope boots don't go in to the joinery business you could end up with 2 joiners measuring your door .
My advice go to a proper opticians unless you enjoy poor service chaos & patronising that is
