“Never got the money for sold tickets”

I have sold 2 tickets for the William Hill World Darts Championship 2014/15 - 2x Semi-Finals on 3 January 2015; they are delivered tot the buyer but I stil have no money. I only get answers from Viagogo that they work hard to solve the problem (what problem?) and I have to wait. If they answer at all; mostly they don't.
