I phoned up to enquire about a property on the 22/1/15 to arrange a viewing .... Later on I realized that I had not informed them I was registered disabled so I rang them up to speak to the agent dealing with this property and I was informed that she was 'Busy' and would get back to me. She did not. I then phoned up this morning (23/1/15) to speak to same agent and this time she was 'with a client' so I explained the situation to a different member of staff and they also said she would get back to me. 2 hours later I still did not receive a call back so I have now phoned them back to cancel my viewings, the person that answered the phone was extremely rude and wanted to know why I was cancelling so I explained whats happened over the last 2 days and all she could say was 'FINE' before putting the phone down on me ! How very rude ! Beware of Reeds Rains Morley branch !!!!
