In November 2014 my contract required renewing with BT. This was agreed but also the Call Taker stated my internet showed a record of dropping and that the Hub2 I was using needed replacing with the new Hub4.I explained i had know problems with my internet apart from it being slow which was down to BT and their sub station being miles away. I was informed if I did not upgrade I would not receive any further support and that it would be a cost of £9 to deliver the Hub.On me telling him forget the renewal the Hub became free to deliver.?
On receipt of the Hub4 my connection would drop every 20 minutes and so a replacement was sent this did the same. I had a old Hub2 and connected this no problems.I contacted BT and told them I wanted my old Hub 3 returning and that is when the fun started. Over a period of 3 weeks I received a total of 8 Hub 4s sometimes 2 a day.I received phone calls every day asking if my new Hub 3 was ok and when I told them they had delivered a Hub 4 they would insist I opened the box to provide the serial Number. Today I received 2 Hub 2s. The others I placed in a large Bin Bag and sent back now I await either for you have not sent them back or another delivery. So now you know why BT are so expensive.
