“Just awful ”

Was a member of the Burnham club which was run down, overcrowded and overpriced.

My real issue, however, is their treatment of me after I ended my membership. I received letter after letter threatening fines, overdue fees and debt collection agencies. After months, it turned out that this was due to an admin error on their part.

Terrible company - wouldn't recommend to anyone.
