“Never heard back from”

I registered with the Holborn branch. The consultant was very friendly and promised to send over my CV to a job she was recruiting for. She said "you are such a great candidate and I don't want to lose you."

So I went to the first interview and she called me back straight away to say they loved me. Okay great. So off I went for second interview, I spoke to her after the interview and and she said she would get back to me later that day with feedback. NOTHING. I emailed. No reply. I rang and was told she would ring me back. Nothing.

Is it too much to email a brief sentence saying you didn't get the job? Why not keep me informed of other opportunities like other agencies have done?
