My R9 290 graphics card developed a fault and so I requested a RMA via the OCUK forums and quickly received a reply from the adviser, OCUK tested my graphics card on the same day they received it and informed me via Email.
A couple of days later I had a brand new replacement which is working fine.
She kept me updated via the forums and answered my questions promptly.
Would highly recommend OCUK to anyone :)
