“long delivery times, poor customer service”

Like many others I find the websites like just eat convenient and nothing else.

Having had no food delivered trying to contact the customer service is a joke. No replies etc. Then to top it off when I tried to leave a review of the restaurant on there web site because THEY (the restaurant) cancelled my order I was not allowed to leave a review for the take away.

So it looks like JUST eat are manipulating the takeaway/restaurant reviews to make these places look good when they are not!!!!!!
