Good Points
Even heat distribution, never drip while pouring, stack one inside the other for storing, look great, recover perfectly from burn-on disaster

General Comments
I was astonished to read the negative review of the Cuisinox Elysee Cookware. I have had saucepans, frying and saute pans and stock pot for more than 10 years and they are my favourite ever pans. I have just had an induction hob put in and I like these pans so much that I will be replacing all the older ones with the newer, induction-friendly, versions.
I guess everyone has their own tastes, but please do not judge these pans on their ability to stack up in a neat tower (which I have never even tried!) - if you use your pans for cooking these are excellent.
