Last night, I was out in the cold stranded with my premature baby - car brokedown - called aa - said half hour then kept changing ETA till it was 10 at night cold and freezing with my asmatic baby - AA customer care does not care what situation u r in - they r never going to be there for you - I have paid for premium service with relay stay breakdown and repair for about 9 years - so much for loyalty- anyways this is a plea to all fellow drivers NEVER to waste money on AA. No value for human life. Their advertisements are all lies, this comes from one who experienced their "premium" service.
