We like the freedom of flying at times and days to suit oureselves. Sunshine enables us to do this. We have used Sunshine many times before and have elements of 2 future holidays booked through them. We will continue to use them as our first port of call.
Are they so good? Have we never had cause for complaint?
Yes, we have had cause for complaint.
The first instance was when we were adversely affected by the Icelandic volcanos ash cloud. People who had booked "independantly" through other members of the industry struggled to get their money back. Sunshine sorted out al parts. The hotel, flights and transfers that we had paid for were reimbursed in full a lot quicker than we expected. Hats off in honour of great customer service.
The second instance was Christmas and New Year 2013. There were problems with our accomodation and transfers. All it took was an email to Sunshine and even though the problems were beyond their immediate control they sorted this promptly and even got us compensation. Again customer service at it's best.
