After negotiation I agreed a price and accepted my new policy. I agreed to pay in full 24hrs before the policy was due.
I then suffered roll over contract pressures. My money will be taken 6 days before the due date using the information I gave last year.
I was very annoyed, I emailed correcting the situation. I then received more emails and letters informing that the payment would be taken 6 days before the due date because of some roll over contract. NO! NO! NO! I do not do roll over contracts with any firm. If you want my business work for it and be competitive.
One member of your staff saved the day and I paid and received the policy. I doubt if I will be as forgiving next year. So please leave my money alone and do not presume you will gain my business. Work for it!
