Booked a van in for warranty work 7/01/15 noise from gear box at 60/70mph,so take the van in, then a call saying the van is ready as they could not find a problem, we then have the driver taken back to lookers Yardley and test drives the van with the mechanic that could not hear the problem, then informs us its the gear box !! to which I then had the conversation that it may not be warranty, so I asked for a breakdown of the warranty agreement where the onus of the fault could be applied to the driver !! its now 19/01/15 and the van is still there with them as they was waiting for parts ?? from where china ?? how can you not have parts in stock to fit the vehicles that you sell ? commercial vehicle off the road for this amount of time with no apologies ! and we have had to chase every time, not one courtesy call keeping us informed of when the van will be returned, called this morning 9am was told waiting for the delivery to see if parts are on the lorry, asked for a call back to confirm all was moving ok ! guess what no call back !! surprised ? don't be ! by the reviews on this site and my own experience, amazed they are still trading with such poor service and such poor customer service. update 21/01/15 just received a call to tell us the van is ready !!! unfortunately as this is the closest garage to use I don't really have a choice to use another garage for warranty work. looking forward there is apparently a new manager trying to improve the service department but honestly I don't think it will happen as the staff can be very rude and once a business reputation is so far gone as the reviews on this site it wont change. lets not even get on to the £480 quoted for a clutch that was not needed !!!
