To begin with the service was good and I felt looked after but as the time went by I felt that I was the one constantly emailing the company to find out what was happening . I would have appreciated an occasional email stating where we were up to and when I would next be likely to hear from them. I also think that as a client it was not professional to be refereed to as Fiona'.
